For 10 years Ive been making experimental electronic music under the name recsund. I found its one of the best ways to understand where my minds sets at, for it is like playing with putty. As well as 5 to 7 years in two groups, communicvoid and deece, plus mixxing as Dj tesco. Heres intros to all, and relevant links for discographys and downloadle releases.

Recsund started in 2001 with the realisation that windows was equipped with a audio recording program called sound recorder, thus naming my self as rec sund. rec obviously being short for just record and sund being abbreviation of the word sun and sound together. The first album No Revert was entirely made on sound recorder and was named no revert because I didn’t even know it meant edit undo, so I never used it. The sounds where a mix of the windows sounds, mic and Dictaphone tape recordings, this method continues on but more synth based now.
Over the last ten years I have completed sixty three releases and one of the main drives in doing so was that each album had a different technical approach from the one before this equating to a different sound each time [well as I hopped for].
I suppose also a big part of creating sound is that it’s another way of communicating, sharing opinions and expressions,'how sweet'.. It’s kind of like a subconscious diary, for this is why I share my produce for free. Due it is something we all can do and for this I don’t see why I would stop making sounds.

My main aim now is to try and master an entire album completely within a 3D computer game environment. This will equate to a full on stereo experience within a fully animated world of synched visuals and landscapes creating a massive amount of audio perspectives in real time and out.

I'm currently working in my free time on these musical endeavours that relies on a 'walk through world' method. Its just another way of experiencing my albums but in a less liner fashion.

RECSUND DISCOGRAPHY

Back in 2002 Iain Ball and Me decided to talk about what on earth we where doing and in this process discovered there where multiple ways of getting through to each other. One of them being through the likes of music'n'stuff. Iain as Productlaneevol & me doing recsund at the even age of 19 we started to attack both our audible habits at each other live, thus creating on tape the 2003 recording, Ship Dips.
After letting it rip through the car sound system on rout to W-S-M we had to stop at Grove park to just let it learn us out [and others], that this was raw and a flag ship for future improvisations.
At this point it was just communicating the reactions of current life affairs but in 2005 a northern meet up was arranged and things then became clear.
In the methods of how we reacted to produce sound was about preserving the pressures within the void. Pressures being allowed to just communicate it out right and void being how there's always a form of restriction in the means of inputting and outputting of live sound.
Both by location and by methods of creating it. Duo Communicvoid.

Communicvoid has since become a UK nominated act for best retailer for home choice. Constantly on [what seems to be] brink of collapse, keeps on regenerating into what's now know as the conspiracy theory world wide.

Deece started of as a full on let loose on the 3 garage band macs at the first year of Uni [LJMU]. With new acquaintance friend at the time, Greg Paul. Greg, 'a previous prodigy' in the arts of Drumming guttering, Singing and illustration of guitars brought down to home his fresh approach of freestyle pad patterns, witch was music to recsund ears cos he couldn't play for shit! The two went down memorial roads of playing utopian sound tracks for current Liverpool affairs till in the 60's the pair became more commonly none as Deece. The perfect decimal duo in the arts of sound. From their laid the template for future sequenced constructions emulating a real sense of aura in time to come.
